Both the AAEH and the SAAEH are committed to an impactful collaborative approach with all levels of government, including the State Government, to realise and deliver the commitments and directions of the following:
Noting that the Government is committed to ‘Improved collaboration and strengthened responses across all levels of government and the community sector’ to ‘Achieve Functional Zero for rough sleepers’ (page 14).
Collaboration with business
South Australian Alliance to End Homelessness – Strategy Launch in 2023
The South Australian Alliance to End Homelessness (SAAEH) is committed to collaborating with individuals and organisations from all sectors and communities working towards the vision of preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness.
Corporate Australia has an important role and place in being part of the ending homelessness story in South Australia.
As such, a key priority for the SAAEH in 2023 is the furthering of such partnerships with the creation of a strategy with business partners.
The SAAEH, in partnership with The Constellation Project and Harcourts Packham, will be hosting a gathering of business leaders in late 2023. The purpose of this gathering is to raise awareness around homelessness, and to have open conversations about furthering our collaborative efforts towards preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness.
