Voice Referendum Result Statement
While disappointed with the result of the 2023 Australian Indigenous Voice Referendum, the South Australian Alliance to End Homelessness will continue to walk alongside Aboriginal peoples and the wider community. We will continue to raise awareness of the struggles of First Nations peoples locally and nationally, and we will lift up and share the perspective and inspiration of Aboriginal peoples and communities. We strongly support the Uluru Statement from the Heart and we continue to advocate for the full implementation of Closing the Gap.
