Conference room: City Rooms 1-4 

These rooms are located the corner of Morphett St bridge and North Terrace with a large entrance to the Convention Centre on the Morphett Street bridge side and on the upper level.  

For quickest access, enter via the western entrance on the Morphett Street bridge side of Adelaide Convention Centre, follow the event signs in the foyer and proceed via lift, stairs or escalator.

If you enter from the entrance on North Terrace, please allow a bit more time to arrive as you will have a longer walk through the centre to the rooms. A map of the centre can be found here for more detail. 

Parking

Parking is available via the Riverbank Car Park or North Terrace Car Park at the Adelaide Convention Centre. For more information and map, see here

Check-in 

  • Check-in opens at 8.00am at the registration table in the City Room Foyer.
  • Please have your event tickets ready for scanning.
  • If you can’t find your tickets, search your inbox for messages from order@humanitix.com or let check-in staff know.
  • A Smoking Ceremony will take place between 8.00-8.20am as guests arrive.

Seating

  • Once checked in, please collect your name tag and proceed to the main conference space to find a seat.
  • Seating is unallocated, though some tables at the front will be reserved.
  • Please ensure you are seated by 8.30am for the official welcome.

Program

  • The early afternoon sessions will be held in breakout rooms. Please review the schedule in advance and plan which sessions you’d like to join.
  • Breakout sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis and entry is not guaranteed if a session reaches capacity before you arrive.

Logistics 

  • Wifi details will be provided on the day at your table and in the event slides. 

Catering 

  • Lunch and refreshment breaks will be provided. 
  • If you registered late, please note that the venue may not have been able to accommodate specific dietary requests. 

Networking event 

  • Your Summit ticket also includes access to our networking event, which will give you an opportunity to connect with peers, share ideas and spark collaborations with others ending homelessness across the state.
  • The networking event will take place in the Convention Centre’s City Room Foyer from 5.00pm.
  • Drinks and canapes will be served between 5.00-6.00pm. 
  • We’re excited to welcome critically acclaimed multi-instrumentalist  Adam Page as our performer for the networking event.
